How does system account to access other's files

Can the system account administrate and read and write users\' personal document?
For example, as the administrator,he can export the file under root folder. But, How can I export all files under other user\'s My documents folder?

We\'ll you must do it:
1- Copy files to server
2- Go to admin functions, import menu options
3- On file system path, put your directory server path like this examples c:\\import\\etc... ( windows ) or /home/userX/import (linux )
4- On repository path put something like this /okm:home/system/okm:personal/ ( case for system user, could be other user )

This it\'ll import all folder/documents from your server path to you user personal openkm path

this is the procedure of import file to OpenKM to user\'s my document.

My question is that how to use system account to export User\'s my document from OpenKM to server pass.

Can you give a solution?

It\'s the same operation but using export menu option:

Go to admin function -> export menu
And setting repository path and server path ( where files it\'ll be generated ).
