First of all thank you for this wonderful free DMS. It is very good and robust.
Currentls I am using OpenKM 4.0. I have seen OpenKM4.1 too. But in the new version the workflow implementation is totaly different.
I am facing a problem in creating a group workflow in OpenKM4.0.
I have implemented workflow for an individual users and that was running fine. But I want to assign task to a Group of users. So whenever any user from that group enters into application he should view the workflow pending and process it.
I have created procesdefinition.xml and in that I have given assignment as { pooled-actors="userId1, userId2" or"GroupName1"} and actor-id=null.
When I am starting a workflow, after that also Admin can not see to whom the task is assigned.
Also userId1 or userId2 also can not see any pending workflow when they logged in.
Please give a solution how to assign a group task with actor id=null?
