I noticed that the file browser headers and columns were always off on my 6.3.4 CE edition. Looked with the developer inspector and found that there is a +2px padding-left added to the header columns but not the data columns. When I uncheck that +2px, the headers and data line up.

I think this wrong behaviour is corrected in what will be version 6.3.5 ( if you compile and deploy it https://github.com/openkm/document-management-system you can check if it's right ).
