Can't get the source code from CVS or SVN

I tried to get the source code from CVS (follow this introduction) => "Cannot connect to host: Connection time out: connect"

After that, I changed to SVN, but still cannot.
SVN: https://openkm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openkm
It returned:
Code: Select all
 RA layer request failed
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://openkm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openkm': could not connect to server (https://openkm.svn.sourceforge.net)
Have problem with servers?

To OpenKM 4.0 the repository is

To OpenKM 5.0 not stable in development is
