How To Enable Email Archiver

Hi All,
We use OpenKM 6.30 Community version and my company have an email server. How can i enable Email Archiver on my OpenKM and synchronize with my company mail. Thanks.

You can import mails from several ways. Outlook addin or configuring mail account for reading ( see in administration where can be configured imap accounts http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/User_administration ).

However, in professional version comes with mail navigator which is not present in community version among other improvements on it.

Hello Mr Jlort Thx for the advice.
I have configure several mail account for several user via Adminstration > Users > Mail Accounts and add crontab for user mail importer. But i still cannot import my mail. If it required to edit server.xml for this operation?

No, server.xml configuration is only for sending mails has not relation with importing mails. From Administration / Users view you have a buttom ( I do not remeber if is in top or bottom -> named "force etc..." ) which executes the import. Take a look at the catalina.log file if it's shown some error.

Did you configured imap accounts ?
