I've come across a scenario where OpenKM and/or Adobe Acrobat is providing the following error when attempting to preview a pdf: "The file is damaged and could not be repaired."
I'm a little stumped as:
[*]I can open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC before uploading to OpenKM;
[*]I can open the file if I download it from OpenKM
[*]I can successfully preview other pdf's that have been uploaded
The third bullet point has me suspecting the file is actually damaged. But the first two bullet points seem to suggest the pdf is ok.
Anyone come across this issue before and can provide any advice?
Regards!
