If you've got a twain scanner connected to your computer, then scans and upload file directly to OpenKM. In new OpenKM version UI integration is yet better than you can see in 4.0
Works under Windows (TWAIN) and under Linux (SANE). Not tested under Mac OSX, but woukd be great if someboy can try it
