Error codes OKM-005001 and OKM-005013

Hello.

When uploading single files larger than approximately 40 MB, regardless of file type, I receive the error codes "OKM-005001" and "OKM-005013" in OpenKM. I'm unsure as to why my uploads are generating these error messages. Please advise, and let me know if I can provide further information/details.

In wiki there's the associated error codes.

First 3 digits indicates where is fired the problem OKM-005 Some problem uploading document to server.

The 001 is caused by a repository error.
The 013 is a IOException

Both errors are bad !!! take a look at your hard disk could be some problem. Take a look too at server.log to see all stack trace error ( you can find at server/default/server.log
