Hi, I've installed a trial professional version and need to know how to enable the live edit. The regular edit is not really making them want to keep trying out the software. Please Help as they really like the software but the editing is a huge dropoff in their decision.

I have the same query as posted above.

I have downloaded the OpenKM Proffesional trial version. I wish to try the Live edit feature, however, I do not see the check in, checkout options. Instead I see edit, update etc.

How do I work with the LiveEdit feature in the trial version?

Before registering the extension as is indicated in the url I have provided, you must enable in profiles view.

At general tab -> bottom you can enable extensions. Take a look at the image I have uploaded.

At menu tools you should have live editor option. Simply clicking on edit should going right. Take in mind for this extension you must have Java support in the brower ( in chrome does not longer support it, you should use firefox or IE, on future we will change the actual live editor feature to solve the actual problem with JAVA and the browsers ).

When you log into the application do you receive some error notification about java support ?
