create workflow

Is there anyone know how to create a workflow? Would you pls give me a guideline by steps or give me some examples??

Dear all,

I find some info from this website says that openkm have 2 version community & enterprise.
1. How can I know what is my version? It is because it only show openkm v4.0.... It does show enterprise or community version?
2. I just download it from the openkm.org or openkm.com. If I need a enterprise version, is it only purchase for that?
3. The info says that the workflow only support in enterpirse version. Is it real?

Hi,

1- Since version 4.0 has disappeared enterprise and community, now there's only one full version.
2- OpenKM 4.0 support workflow, but 5.0 it'll coming with better supporting if you want to test this version send us some mail using contact form. for more information please take a look at wiki.openkm.com there's information about how to make a workflow.

go to wiki.openkm.com and find some example but it locked. I cannot see the example??!! How can I get it?

Do you have any schedule will release the 5.0 version?!!

We don't know exactly when release 5.0 it'll be released, we're working hard on it. We're closing repository structure that enables to install in some users ( our major problem is always migration between versions and is mandatory having a closed repository structure ). We'll install to some clients that really need some enhancements quicly ( it'll be a internal pre-release ) and other it'll be waiting since we expose 5.0 with all new features.
