Hi,
Have two questions, please.
1. Is here a way to see docx files in preview tab? Today we get "Preview unavailable".
2. Preview tab show document image generated at first time file preview opened. Is here a way to generate new preview image when file revision is changed.

1. Preview of docx are not currently supportes. I expecto to be added in a new release.
2. The preview image is supposed to be changed when the document is modified. If this is not the behavior, please report the bug at http://issues.openkm.com.
