I'm not sure about you want to do. Do you mean importing mails automatically into OpenKM? This is done by a cron task. You can see it at Administration > Crontab > User Mail Importer.

Regards.

Good morning,

I have same issue, crontab works only for 5 min a day from 00:00:00 to 00:05:00 .(I set check every 5 mins).

If I login as admin, I see users mails in "server list" , but when I login as user account I don't see them (only emails downloaded from 00:00 to 00:05).

If I force emails import for user I have this error: "Id: 3, User: riccardo, Error: macintosh".

Any idea?

Thnks

Could be a mail in queue that's causing the error and while is not precessed will not advance in the other. Could see more extended stack trace log to understand the error ( catalina.log )

Thank you for reply,

but the other account have not this issue.

Very strange.

I will see catalina.log to discover anything.

For now thank you.

Probably some bad character or some missing field is causing the error ( some null ? ). With full stack trace we can give you some clue. Are you using the lastest openkm version ? Also you could try the nighly build at integration.openkm.com ( these are the steps for migration http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migrat ... 3_to_6.3.1 )
