I have a very strange problem regarding OpenOffice service. I have searched this forum for the solution but none of them resolved the issue.
I am getting the same error as all others who faced the problem of openoffice like 'failed to start and connect'.

I am using OpenKM on Windows 7 64-bit machines. I have tested this on three machines. But the service is getting started on 1 machine automatically but on other 2 machines it is showing the error.

What will be the issue...?

This is the configuration I have used. But if configuration is not correct then the process should not start on any of the machines. But this is not the case, soffice.bin is not starting on some machines.

At top righ you got and icon (check) -> will check if configuration is correct.
1- stop application
2- delete catalina.log file
3- start application
When loading finished -> zip catalina.log file and upload here

Be sure nothing from openoffice is running, in case you got some openoffice or openoffice daemon running the application can not be started by openkm.
