You need a minimal skill with eclipse development environment to debug the application, not much else. The portable dev environment comes yet ready with application configured. Simply must run applicaiton and set a break point at OmrServlet class. If you're not skilled with java & eclipse then should need some help from other IT colleague skilled on it.
