Error OKM-012015(GetRootNode) on OKM3 & OKM4

There is noc Login possible.
The Error OKM-012015(GetRootNode) is flashing up.

Can Someone help me?

Probably this error is caused because users has not grants to read root node, take a look grants in okm:root, all users must have read access there

But it's works fine for 4 Weeks and now it's broken

All Users have full access to the folder.
W2k3 Server.

Any Ideas ?

Is difficult to diagnose without more info.

capture the server.log when you login, to see the log error. and attach in forum. Please only this part of the log not the entire.

Have you changed any folder grants, or user grant which you use to execute OpenKM in your Operating system ?
