All installed! Now what?

OpenKm is up and running like a charm. However, I am unsure what to do next. I have spent quite a bit of time exploring the GUI interface. However, I am failing when it comes to simple things like creating a role-based hierarchy or restricting users to certain folders/files (based on role). In the admin screen, I see where to set/assign roles. But how do I actually specify what the roles mean? Just looking for a bit of guidance on how I actually start using the system.

The next phase is removing UserRole from root node, this might not be propagated. And assign new roles is this node from granting users to view initial node. And then create new directoris on root and set correct roles there ( which users view what )
