Script for viewing a specific User's Access right

Is there any way that I can see access rights of a specific user? any script?

I suppose you're talking about what folders and files is able to see, no? a report.

Exactly! A report to show for example user1 has read and write access to folder1, folder2 and all it's sub-folders and also has read access to folder 3 and all its sub-folders.
