I am using OpenKM 6.3 Community Edition. I observed that if I am uploading big multiple files in a single folder and after relogin clicking on the folder then it will show 'Updating Property Group' message in properties tab. It will remain for a bit long time and I cannot do anything further. Same for a single document inside that folder. After this message again it will take time to display document list saying 'Updating Document List'. Can you please tell why it is so? And what will be the solution for this problem?

Could be several reason why it's happening. Take a look at cpu's if are going to 100% also take a look at database. Do you have a lot of children in any of these folders ?

The server configuration is: 16GB RAM, Windows Server 2008 64-bit, 3 TB Hard Disk. I don't think at this configuration there will be any problem.
Yes each of the folder contains about 500-600 files with average size of 100 MB. Total data is about 50-60 GB. I am using MySQL database. Will this problem can be solved or what will be the shortest way to solve the problem.

It's not good idea have a lot of objects into same node, for good perfomance and speed we suggest 100-200 this is very good amount.

16GB of RAM is good, what are used by openkm ( setenv.bat or configured into tomcat service ) and what are used by MySQL ( did you optimized your mysql in some way ? ) -> you also can check for queries what have poor perfomance in mysql ( that can give you some idea about what's happening ) there's a log in mysql for slow queries ( must be enabled ). Seems you got about 250K-300K files more or less ( this is a repository what we can consider small towards medium ).

There's no hidden limit or whatever you want to call. Professional version comes with some improvements for performance what are not present in community, but there community users what we know are storing 200K and more ( this for is still small repository, I consider medium from 500K files and the level changes from 1-1,5 milions and upper. But this is my own point of view ). Sometime perfomance depends on how information has been structured into openkm, number of concurrents users, hardware etc...
