Hi,

When configuring the OMR part and I send my sample file I get this error:

- Java.lang.NullPointerException

How to fix it?

first of all, what openkm version do you got installed ?
there're several files to upload in order to get OMR running, for what I understood when you upload the file you get this error no? what file are you uploading ?
hagve you alredy tryed with our OMR asample files ?

I am having the same issue. I just installed openKM and when trying to use the OMR feature I am getting the error:

Class: java.lang.NullPointerException 
Message: null 
Date: Thu Oct 09 17:05:54 CDT 2014 

The version I am using is 6.3.0

I have tried using both Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome.

It has not relation with browser, you missed something and that's the reason you get null exception. I suggest first, try with our sample ( must going right ) and before it, build your own. If you got problems with our samples, do screenshot of what you got configured and what action are you goin to get null exception.

Where do I get the sample files from? I think the issue is with the java libraries. I am getting the error as soon as I click on the create link under the OMR section.

You have not answered my initial question. Are you using our default sample or your own ?
