Hello
I have OpenKM 6.3 installed on a linux server. The instance is fully functional, all users on the LAN can log into the application and use the preview tab successfully. I have remote clients using windows and Firefox browser accessing the application from the internet IP with port forwarding turned on. The remote client is able to login to OpenKm, and is able to navigate through the application. The client however cannot view documents using the preview tab. Documents can be downloaded and viewed through the history tab. The client has reset and cleared the cache on the browser. What needs to be installed on the remote client machine for the preview to work?

I think really the problem is on Firefox. Preview tab need to have Flash support. Ensure these users has it installed.
