Export documents by category

Is there any way to export documents by their categories? I mean I need a folder structure as catagories with documents in that structure.

I have tried the export, but it only gets categories as folder structure - no documents in it. I have also tried the Save to ZIP, but it only gets me one level of categories.
So is there any other way, some script I could run or something?

You should create a script for doing it. Basically recursivelly follow all categories tree, get document children and then export files from the document children results.
