Difference between Operation with multiple files and..

I have a customer using the Community version (5.0.3).

When I look at:

I see 'Operation with multiple files' and 'Action with multiple files'. The first is not supported, the second one is.

What's the difference between 'Operation with multiple files' and 'Action with multiple files'?

When the customer attempts to 'Move' more than one file they can't. The 'Move' icon is not showing.

Are they attempting to do something that can't be done?

Must upgrade to 6.3 version where this feature has been introduced from professional to community.
