Hi,
I need to know how I can get a notification email to be sent once an expiry date is near by.The expiry date is a field from a property group set to a document.
I know this can be done in Professinal version, as described in the Document expiry section (http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Document_Expiration).
Am I able to use any of those features like Properties, meta data, cron tab.

Thanks

Yes, it's exactly the idea used in professional edition. Based on metadata and crontab events ( executed every minute ) or set property group event ( Automation ) you can do it.
