OpenKM 6.3 is installed on Windows 2008 r2 x64. It is an installation test, with database hsqldb...

For what you tell us is a clean installation no ? When you go to administration -> users and you try to delete a user you got this problem.
Is new user you've created an now want to remove ? give us some extra information - steps - to reproduce the problem

ok... i'm sorry... it is a clean installation of openkm with mysql database

to test openkm, i have created a new user called user0 with role_user role...

then, i had tried to remove it with the result posted in the first topic...
