I use 6.2.6 DEV b.8125 (there's a problems with file uploader in stable release). Should I try last version?

In your $OPENKM_HOME/tomcat/logs/ got catalina.log file. Do you got some error there ?

No, I do not. I would like to stress that something wrong happens when refreshing window with search results.
Results displays in advanced search if I'm not using content search.

In Tools -> there's a debug console -> enable it after login and try to do the same in search view ( I would like to know if there's some error in console ).
What amount of files do you got ?

No idea what happend but it works now. I just deleted some files then uploaded large amount of them...

Without seeing server log or some stack trace error ( or error in UI ) I can not give you any solution. Other thing could be you got some AD Killer antivirus or simillar, and detects this query to the server as possible risk and stop it.
