Start-up error

Can someone please help me with this problem. I tried restarting openkm server and when I tried loaded it in the browser this is what is shown:

Do you use embeded database ( default database what comes with openkm or changed to other ). Can we see catalina.log file please do it:
1- stop application
2- delete al files into $TOMCAT/logs
3- start tomcat
4- try login

put here the catalina.log

Thank you very much jllort for replying. As instructed, I deleted all the files under $tomcat/logs. Here is the catalina.log:

You have several missed tables:

- Table 'okmdb.OKM_CONFIG' doesn't exist
- Table 'okmdb.OKM_NODE_FOLDER' doesn't exist
- Table 'okmdb.OKM_TRANSLATION' doesn't exist
