problem with editing

hye... im new here
currently using openkm 6.2
problem is
when i want editing the file like pdf or word its stuck and the page hang
cant click at any point in that page...
i need to open new tab for cancel the editing.....
its the problem or something else?

Are you using live editor ? what openkm version are you using ?

If you're using LiveEdit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYJZDAkHwkM . You got it be enabled in profiles or not. Probably you updated to last java or browser version that cause security block. If it's the case must update to latest openkm version at integration.openkm.com ( what will be version 6.2.6 ) here's explained how doing it http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migrat ... 5_to_6.2.6
