Crontab Job to import docs from Dropbox account

Hello,

I want to create a Crontab job which will automatically import only new uploaded documents in Dropbox folder.

I know nothing about coding/scripting.

Can anyone help me with this?

I also want to know how can I automate event driven movement of Documents.

e.g. Once all new documents are loaded into the assigned folder, some user will add metadata to the documents. Once Metadata is added, documents will automatically move to the next assigned folder.

Do I need to do scripting for such kind of automation?
