how to track document status in openkm?

Hello sir,

how to track document status in openkm?
we are using openkm 3 and and we want a application which can tell us document status if we give the document number.
Do we have any field like this in openkm database?

Should register property groups ( metadata ). I suggest migrate all data ( export ) to latest OpenKM 6.x. This version is really deprecated for more than 3 years.
