Hello,

I\'ve recently start exploring OpenKM.
I\'ve been facing a problem using this and would like to share it with you.

The system works fine with the file add and check out when the size if the file is small.

But, when I try to add a file sized more that 15MB, the system starts behaving abnormal.

I am not able to add a file more than 15 MB. If I managed to add such file and if I perform check out, the file either could not be opened after check out or sometimes, I can not perform check out operation at all.
It looks like when I add a large sized file (more than 20MB), either it can not be added properly or gets corrupt and hence can no longer be accessible from OpenKM.

The internet connection speed is high. So, that does not seem to be the problem.

Moreover, I tried to perform add/check out of a large size file on the demo available at openkm.com and it worked fine!

If you have any idea about the problem, any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Operating system you use ?

You\'ve changed OpenKM.cfg max_file_size, by default is set to 5mb files ?

There\'s no error on log, etc... when you uploading this greater files ?

Can you try on online demo, althought I think there we\'ve limited to 5mb files ( these are a problem on your system too ?

Which file type are you uploading ?

Hi jllort,

Thank you for the msg.

OS: Windows Vista.

As far as I know, we haven\'t change the default max_file_size.

No error on log on, but while uploading a large file, it produced an error like getgranted childs (and some other childs related errors). After this, I\'ve to log out from my session and have to restart the session and it\'s bit painful.

I tried demo and it works fine with demo irrespective of what is the size of the file.

I am trying some pdf files (15-20MB) to upload.

Thank you.

Strange OpenKM not shows some \"max file exceeded error\", well by default max file size is set to 5MB, try to set to 50 for example changing OpenKM.cfg ( after changing restart jboss ).
