Email (.msg) problem 'cafe-babe'

Hi all,

I am running OpenKM 6.2.4 with the default HSQL and I get the error :

OKM-002015(getDocument): Document path not found cafebabe-cafe-babe-cafe-cafebabe

when I try to upload a .msg file (email saved from Outlook).

Also can you tell me how I can configure which events will send notification emails to users? For example I don't want the events CREATE_MAIL and CREATE_MAIL_ATTACHMENT to be sent.

- can you add here the catalina.log stack trace error, to see exactly what files ( please only the part of the error ).
- about subscription, actually you subscribe for all events, there's no way to limit the event ( this is some feature that we will implement ) but we've not decide for entire user or only for each subscription ( second seems the direction ).

I have tried one more time today so I am uploading a log file with both tries. If need more details, please let me know.
The file I try to upload is a test email from Outlook.

This is a msg with attachments ? the problem seems happens when you're trying to download the attachment,is it ?

Hello again,

These attachments are my signature's images. So they will always be there..
I have also made test with an empty email (just some text in the body) and got the same (you can see it in the above zip where under "MY LATEST TEST"). No much info in the logs about it.. just the WARN.
If I am not mistaken I didn't have this problem with MySQL and 6.2.2.
Any suggestions?
Another problem with this is that with any attachment a separate email (notification) is sent to the subscribers! Can we control this? Maybe in the next release?

If I understood, when you receive notification you're receving one for mail and anothers for each attachment in document is that ?

I suggest upgrade to 6.2.4 because has some corrections and is possible the warning you got now in 6.2.4 will not be present.

yes you understood well. But apart from that I get the error "cafe-babe" I have described above. Also I am on 6.2.4(+HSQL) as I said to my first post. I am just mentioning that I don't remember to have this issue on 6.2.2 (+MySQL) which I had some months ago.

So have you find the cause of the error message? Can I configure something or I should wait for the next release?
