Config a Search Method

Hi,

First of all i would say thank you for your hard work to make OpenKM available to use for free.

I try to search for changing a way of search method from Full text Search to a Simple Search like search for a file name, can't find it on a Wiki, so i decide to create a topic here.

I uploaded document and name it as "Test" without quote (txt extension) then i try to search for it by typing "Test" in a search box but it can't find. Then i go to a http://demo.openkm.com and try to search for a file name, result is the same, it can't find for a file name but it display search keyword in content of a PDF file instead.

So i have 2 questions,

1. Can we config to make a search can look for a file name also?

2. Fulltext Search only work with PDF file type? i try with TXT file but it doesn't work?

Is bad idea use special characters like doble quote, lucene tokenizer probably will remove it. Try search for *test*.

Simple search is only looking for content, in advanced mode can refine search as you wish.

I name 3 file in a picture as Test then i want to look for a file name which is Test

And result show as picture, i want it to show me a file name Test but it showed me a file that contain Test instead.

So is there a way to make a file name search available.

For this kind of query should not be used simple search should be used advanced ( click advanced checkbox ) and fill only the name field with test*

So a Simple Search will look for Full Text search only?

Basically simple search looks for documents text contents.
