I've got the OpenKM community version installed and I'm impressed. I'd like to make a presentation to our management to implement a plan for around two dozen users to start using the pro version for document management of our PO and Order processing documents. (There's little, if any, digital data right now, we'd be starting with a virtually empty system.)

Unfortunately, when I fill out the price request form on OpenKM.com and click send, I get the message "Access denied for user 'okm_update'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" so I don't have any idea if you guys are actually getting my request (I suspect not).

Las two weeks we have been migrating from older server to more poweful. During migration process we've got a problem with database which caused the problem you observate in our website. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now the problem is solved. Please try again and if you get some problem on it, tell us.

I'm still running into this issue when trying to submit the form.

I tried with IE and Firefox, even though I'm almost positive this is a server-side script problem... Maybe you could forward my query on to the sales team?

In my opinion OpenKM don't want sell anything. My price request and a request for more functional trial of the professional version are still open (for about 2 weeks). The trial version is still broken, but without a functional test we'll for sure not buy this system... It seems that they have to many customers... :(

Sorry, the server migration process has been more complex than expected. I have fixed the error in the contact form and now is working again. Thanks for the error notification.

Please, give me your email and will talk with the sales department and ask them if there was any problem with your request.

Please, open another thread with the error you have found in the trial. Last week I uploaded an update which fix some problems related to the code obfuscation.
