Error exporting repo in 5.1.11 with non latin characters

Hallo,
I am trying to migrate to 6.2 from 5.1.11 and I can't export repo, the export process fails with the following error:
File Not Found: /opt/repo/Dokumentu arhīvs/Apdrošināšana.okm (No such file or directory)
The problem to my mind is with non latin characters.
OS is Ubuntu 12.04

Do I have any chance to upgrade to 6.2? I have categories and metadata.

This problem seems realted to Ubuntu encoding configuration. If you run "ls -l /opt/repo/Dokumentu arhīvs/" you see the files with the right characters or some of them are replaced by ???? Also verify that JBoss is running with -Dfile.encoding=utf-8

Ok, I had a folder without write permission for tomcat user. I gave write permissions to all - and everything was ok. I have checked - I had in tomcat script utf-8
