OpenKM start error in 6.2.3 with Tomcat

Hi All,

I am trying to install OpenKM 6.2.3 (Fresh Install).

When I try to start OpenKM in Tomcat App Manager , error is displayed as "FAIL - Application at context path /openKM could not be started"

I have attached the catalina.log for your reference. Please help me on this.

Looks just like what i am experiencing!
Does anyone know where to download 6.2.2 maybe that would work better.
If the mod wants to combine the my thread with this one that would be fine.

I tried downloading and installing 6.2.2 and got the same error. I am now working on seeing if 5.1 will work. Otherwise I will wait until an official response.

How much memory do you got in the server ? is 32 or 64 bits ? This kind of problems normally comes by less memory than assigned in JVM I suggest change setenv.bat into conf folder. Change the values to the middle ( 2048 to 1024, etc. )

How much amount of free memory do you have ?

I have got the same problem, I install openKM, but when I`m going tostart openKM the terminal close. You say that could be because the memory, in my case Ihave got 64 bits, so I dont know what happen. Also I try to install in a virtual maquine, here I could start openkm,but when I introduce the username: okmAdmin password:admin doesnt start, there is loading OPENKM all time.

Can someone helpme?If you say to take a photo or somethingI cant, because the window of the terminal when you start openkm open and close in the same moment

1- open a windows command line
2- got to $TOMCAT_FOLDER/bin
3- execute the command: catalina.bat run

Dont worry, it looks that was a error of my computer. After try 15 times more start OpenKM, now in this moment also start and I dont have a problem.

When I could not start OpenKM doesn't show me an error, only the window of the terminal open and close in the moment.
