I am trying to export my repository but it says there is a file missing. I had some trouble with my hard drive a while back and that is why i want to have a back up. Is there anyway to have it skip files that are lost. I am running openkm 5.0 (build: 4203) on Ubuntu 10.04.

Which is your exact openkm version ?
You got default OpenKM configuration or you changed the datastore to Mysql etc.. ?
You do not have backup no ? none ?
We could try to revise how much is the damage try execute -> http://yourserver/OpenKM/admin/experimental.jsp -> then repository checker. ( copy here the errors found if are a lot simply the first lines ).

Note: Meanwhile you're doing it try users do not log into, because it can increase the actual damage.
