hi,

im using openkm 5.1.10.

i want to create workflow forms, i understand that i have to create form.xml.

my quistion is where should i create it ? with the process difinition in eclips or through opnkm?
and what is
"-//OpenKM//DTD Workflow Forms 2.1?

Forms.xml should be created outside of eclipse and then you can add that to the par file using winrar...See a sample forms.xml to get an idea!

thanks for your reply . is there any tool or soft ware recomended to use? i never write .xml files before.

and i sould only add it to the par file ? dont have to configure any thing in openkm?

Well,

I dont think there is any tool for forms.xml. Its very easy, download a sample.xml and make only few changes. You dont have to do anything with openkm other than this.
