I installed java and openkm-5.1 but got the following error when starting:
Code: Select all
$ ./openkm-5.1/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/run.sh
=========================================================================

  JBoss Bootstrap Environment

  JBOSS_HOME: /home/usera/openkm-5.1/jboss-4.2.3.GA

  JAVA: %OPENKM_JAVA_HOME%/bin/java

  JAVA_OPTS: -Dprogram.name=run.sh -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=64m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -Djava.awt.headless=true -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

  CLASSPATH: /home/usera/openkm-5.1/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/run.jar

=========================================================================

./openkm-5.1/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/run.sh: 213: ./openkm-5.1/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/run.sh: %OPENKM_JAVA_HOME%/bin/java: not found

$ which java
/usr/bin/java

$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_32"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_32-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.7-b02, mixed mode, sharing)

O.S. is Ubuntu 12.04 server. Anything I can try to fix this?

I'd love to know what caused the problem, but I was able to work around it like this:
Code: Select all
#JAVA_HOME="%OPENKM_JAVA_HOME%"
JAVA_HOME="/usr"
since my java is in /usr/bin/java and it's trying to execute %OPENKM_JAVA_HOME%/bin/java and failing.

If anybody sees this and knows what's actually happening, I would love to know

Seems has occured some problem during installation, this text "%OPENKM_JAVA_HOME%" should be replaced by installer to your openkm_installation_home/java see in your openkm installation path should be a folder called java
