Web Service Support on OpenKM Enterprise 3.0

I need to know is there any web service support in OpenKM Enterprise 3.0. I worked on OpenKM 5 Community version and it exposes web services for folder and document creation and uploading (like OKMFolder,OKMAuth,..etc).

Secondly in your opinion which is the best selling and most stable version of OpenKM with complete services that one enterprise can need.

Sincerally OpenKM 3.0 is a really old version and is not yet supported you should thinking upgrading to 5.1, take a look here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migration_Guide

About which version use, we recommend using always latest version because it has more features, specially when we set as stable. Errors which appears in stable version are normally not relevant, some UI defect etc... but if you want to be sure you're using more stable version possible you can jump between version each year or each 6 months. When I talk about upgrade version I'm talking about from version 4.X to version 5.X when you're in version 5.X is always good idea upgrade continously to latest 5.x version because it contains minor bugs detected solved. And normally in branch version we do not introduce new features ( if we introduce are not radical source code changes ).
