Deleting Files. Easy Way?

I have a list of about 175 files to delete.

I am finding this to be quite the task with openKM:

1) From search there's no possibility to delete.
2) From Desktop view, you delete a file and the list refreshes, so you have to scroll back down to find your place in the list
3) There's no possibility to select (shit-click or ctrl-click) multiple files to delete in a batch.

So how can this process be made better? It is taking way to long to delete some files.

Also if you sort by anything but name ascending the list when it refresh after deleting a file, does not preserve the sorting.

Actually there is no way of select several files.

I understand. But why after deleting does the list refresh and take you back to the top? If it could just stay in the same place I can right click delete, right click delete.

In a folder with 500 files it's VERY hard and time consuming to click delete, scroll to find file #2 (that was right under file #1), click delete, do the same, etc.

I must implement it, but it's not trivial. I'll try on next release make something with basic operation ( delete / move / copy )

You can also log into OpenKM as administrator and delete documents from the "Repository view" (the cloud and alert icon).

Hi,

Is multiple selection of files is implemented in ver 5.0 ? I am using 5.1.10 ( build 7564) on windows platform and am not able to select multiple files for Move/Copy/Delete etc.

Please let me know , if this feature is planned to be implemented and approx timelines, if possible.

From 6.0 it's possible multiple action with files at same time, you can see video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sr9BO4zOZS0 ( actually only in spanish, still not translated to english ).
