Notification Not Working often

we are using OpenKM 5.1.9 version, In which Notification to users groups not working properly. emails are not received by the user groups often.

Could any one suggest me to solve this Problem.

Have you configured mail-service.xml ? take a look here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/JBoss_ ... figuration

I suggest you enable debug=true ( and try sending some notification mail when you upload document or simply in file menu send document link ), you'll see if there's some error in your mail poll configuration.
