Set Property Group using GUI

Hi,

Currently, we need to use xml files to register group. Is there any other GUI way where we can create property groups/similar feature without using xml files. It would be really helpful if anyone would tel how to do that and if there is any previously done code. So I am looking for is getting metadata through GUI.

This change has take effect from version 6.0. The xml is directly edited from administration and can be directly changed on fly.
