Only admin users allowed

Hi,

Please find the problem scenarios

Issue #1)

I have completed the installation of Version 5.1.9 normally, but facing an issue when try to login from remote machine as user with user role. The message displayed on the page is 'Only admin users allowed'. Logging in from remote machine as an administrator works normally.

-Environment details-

Windows 2003 SP1 32 bit
Internet explorer Ver 7

Issue #2)

Creation of new profile throws the following error message

Application error
Class: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
Message: org/eclipse/jdt/internal/compiler/ClassFile
Date: Mon Apr 16 12:43:05 GMT+04:00 2012

Which url are you trying to accessing when you get the Administrator error ? ( about profile error use other post as indicates pavila )

I am a novice to openKM tool. We tried creating user role but on restarting the application the user roles are flushed.Kindly assist us for the same.Only default role persists after the restart.
