New Installation

Hi
Im new to this but i would like to setup the software on a windows xp machine?
Can this be done?
I want to see the software working from a test environment.
on paper it looks like something we can use but i need to see more can anyone help me if they ever setup it for windows xp.
I am running the run.bat file for the install but it stops at the following

Really not stop, you have not configured as a service you are only executing openkm as application from console, when appearing start without closing console try accessing to http://localhost:8080/OpenKM
