You should configure a start stop script as a service. You can take a look in our wiki.openkm.com where all this procedures are documented. http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Installation_Guide where you can found configure OpenKM as service.
If you contact with us about our support program, we have several supporting programs depending what do you want. Obviously I suggest at least certify installation ( we check all installation, special the backup system ).
