OpenKM with Active Directory login Problem

Dear Sir

i have installed open km in my environment and integrated it with Active Directory Successfully and users can log in normal without a problem.
from 2 days i have faced a problem with some users registered in active directory that they can not log in to open km after searching and discovering the problem i found that this users in directory is assigned to specific limited computers .
for example : John can log only on his computer name john-PC

and the users that allowed in directory to log in All Computer can use normally OpenKM

what i can do with this problem ?????

I don't see the relation between the cause and the effect.

Every user should be included in the UserRole group.

this the case i have faced now when i switch the user to log in to all computers he can be able to log in to open km

anyway i have faced this problem before when i start to assign every user in my directory to his own computer
he cant log in to his mailbox over Outlook Web Access (we are running exchange mail server ) i added the servers name to user list to give him a permission to log to server name and it succeeded but the servers i told about it is a windows platform so u know the integration between domain controller and active directory

i think the problem is caused with Centos operating system but i didn't know from where i can start i tried before to enable the samba services on system and i have joined the system as a member in my domain controller but this issue does not solve my problem

really i'm wired and confused from where i can start ?????

i ask this community if any person have faced this problem before

Sincerally there's no relation between web login and where is doing it. Really login is always done from OpenKM server connected directly to your ldap. Don't looking anything else.

Take a look with care how you're doing login with this user in different computers, and which diferences are there. Copy and paste the password, ensure user is written correctly.
