OpenKM cannot create new folder and rename existing folder

Hi all,

I'm actually new into this Document management System as I was told by my Supervisor to search for any suitable DMS while researching about all DMS,
I found that OpenKM DMS is quite convenient for our company to use. When I already installed the software into my computer, I had created about 7 folder inside
the system and inside those I also put about 1 to 3 documents in each folder. For a first time user, there are so much difficulties such lack of efficiency, cannot create users but I already solved all that problems. But now comes another problem that I cannot create any new folder or rename any existing folder. Is there
anyone that encountered the same problem as me? Can anyone help?

Could you try in our online demo if exists there the problem. And indicate how are you trying to rename a folder ( you're doing in tree ? for example press f2 while folder is selected )
