I added the line "notification.message.subject=XXXX - ${documentName}" to the OpenKM.cfg file as indicated into http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Notifi ... n_messages.

When I upload a document and include the users to notify the email is correctly sent but the the subject of the email is not changed, as expected, but the default one is used. (OpenKM - NOTIFICATION - document name)

I also got the following error into the server.log file:
2012-02-16 13:40:23,004 DEBUG [freemarker.cache] Could not find template in cache, creating new one; id=[OpenKM - NOTIFICATION - ${documentName}[en_US,UTF-8,parsed] ]

I tested different 5.1.x version and all seem affected.... while with the version 5.0.4 work fine.

Regards
Max

From version 5.1 changes should be done in Administration tab ( configuration parameters, second icon from left ), OpenKM.cfg now only covers first time application started, before it any change will take no effect on installation because all data is stored on DBMS.
