It's not correct. You can not sell OpenKM, you can only sell for installation, maintenance, customization etc... for your work but not for the software, the software is free. In case you made some customization, change on source code you should send us to evaluate if must be integrated to default source code in order be compliance with GNU licence ( new feature ), if you simply connect with OpenKM API this kind of feature is not a part of OpenKM software enhancement it's external module and that is not necessary be sended to us ... hope you've understood me now.
Obviously, you can not rebranch openkm as white product, for it cases we're offering otgher special licensing types.
Finally, we're not the evil
you can contact with us, as I said in previous post, we're interested in distribute to our customers ( actual and future ) modules and thirdparty solutions integrated with OpenKM, here we've got several OCR engines, among others, sometimes OpenKM is only used as dms container across webservices and end user is using other software company. Only as a suggestion, if you're selling professional solutions should thinking on professional supporting, sometimes in this forum, we're reading about users without backups, or backup's don't correctly done ( as a example ), dms installation is not a joke, because all information is there and sometimes is so late to helping users.
