I installed OpenKM, setup a taxonomy, and saved some test documents. I was able to preview word & pdf documents at this point.

However in the last day, since a restart of the Jboss server all document preview has stopped working.

Can you please comment on how I can resolved this problem ?

OpenKM is installed on a Fedora 16 server, I'm using Firefox 5.0.1 browser on Windows XP SP3.

Thanks
Mark

I had a similar issues as and also noted some others too had similar issues.

I identified the issue with my Libreoffice installation - a recent upgrade broke OpenKM from starting 'soffice' service automatically, however it was resolved by upgrading Libreoffice again. My server and client both running Debian Wheezy.

The current working version of Libreoffice is 1:3.4.4-2 (from memory).

Please have a check on the openoffice installation (also check whether it has been installed correctly with all dependencies).

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
